Digital product policy
Because the ebook is delivered digitally and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final after download access is delivered.
When we will make it right
Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, received a corrupted file, did not receive access after confirmed payment, or cannot access the ebook after reasonable troubleshooting. We will first provide a working replacement link or file. If we cannot resolve the delivery or access problem, we will provide an appropriate refund.
How to request help
Use the contact page and include the email used during Stripe checkout. Do not send payment card information. Requests should be made within fourteen days of purchase so we can review delivery records efficiently.
Payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can quickly fix duplicate charges or delivery issues. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
